WINE SAUCE

Sugar
3 tbsp
Water
2 tbsp
Cinnamon
1 pc
Hei Zao Jiu
8 tbsp
Honey
2 tbsp
Plum Sauce
2 tbsp
Half a lemon juice
 

GARNISH

Sesame Seeds
Shredded lettuce and red cabbage

 

METHOD

  1. Spread 2 pc of streaky pork and season with salt and pepper. Place 3 stalks of asparagus and some enoki mushrooms on it. Roll it up. Repeat.
  2. Combine sugar and water in a small pot and simmer with cinnamon stick until it caramelizes to a golden brown. Add Hei Zao Jiu, honey and plum sauce, bring to boil and simmer till syrupy. Sharpen sauce with some lemon juice.
  3. Heat oil, pan fry the pork rolls till cooked and transfer to serving plate. Drizzle with some wine sauce and sprinkle sesame seeds over before serving.

生菜, 场切丝

 

做法

  1. 将两片三层肉铺开, 撒上少许盐和糊椒粉。肉上加3条芦笋和金针菇, 再把肉片卷起
  2. 桂皮加水和糖慢火煮到金黄色。加入黑枣酒, 蜜糖, 酸梅酱, 煮到浓稠。加入柠蒙汁, 备用。
  3. 把肉卷煎热, 上碟摆好, 淋上酒汁, 撒上白芝麻即可食用。
