Yes, please contact us in advance so that we have sufficient time to prepare your order before collection. You can notify us when placing your order through the phone.

Self-collection is available at 16, Tagore Lane, Singapore 787476 8am to 5pm (Mondays to Friday) & 8am to 1pm (Saturday).

At the login page, click on “Forget Password” link. Enter your email address to retrieve your password.

You will receive an auto-response email after ordering, showing that our system has captured your order. A staff will be contacting you within 2 working days to schedule the delivery.

We strive for orders to be delivered within 2 working days.

We deliver Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 1pm, excluding Sunday & public holidays.

All cancelation has to be done at least 24hrs before delivery. Please call us at 6749 9988 or email us at order@alh.com.sg.

For orders above $150, we offer free island-wide delivery. For orders below $150, there will be a surcharge of $10.

We accept the following payment methods:

1. Visa, Mastercard, Amex through paypal
2. Cash on Delivery

All prices are inclusive of GST.
