Carefully sorted bunches fermented using natural wild yeasts at cool temperatures. Gradually racked and aged for 16 months in French oak barrels (80% new), with additional bottle aging until ready for release. The wine opens with sweet spice and toasty aromas that meld with sweet raspberry, strawberry and dried cranberry. Delicately framed with crisp acidity, silky tannins and mineral undertones.
